Send-In & Drop-Off Information

Thank you for booking your Cricket Bat Repair with OX29 Bat Doctor.

Please follow the instructions below when sending or dropping off your bat to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

1. Book First, Then Send

All bats must be booked and paid for in advance through our Repair Shop.

If you’re unsure which service to choose, send us a few photos of your bat via WhatsApp: 07533 606393 and we’ll be happy to advise.

2. Sending Your Bat by Courier

We recommend using a parcel comparison website such as Parcel2Go to compare courier rates and local drop-off points. You can also send your bat via Royal Mail or your local post office.

Packaging Tips:

  • Use bubble wrap, cardboard sheets, or thick padding (like an old towel) to protect your bat.
  • Bat sleeves or carry cases can be used, but will not be returned.
  • Include your name and order number clearly inside the package.

3. Dropping Off Your Bat (Contactless – 24/7)

This is a contactless drop-off service available 24/7. Please place your bat in the secure porch drop box. The box is emptied multiple times, daily.

4. Returning Your Bat

Once your repair is complete, we will return your bat via a 24-hour courier service.

Return shipping fee: £9.52 (added during repair booking).
