Follow these simple steps to ensure your cricket bat arrives safely for repair or refurbishment.
1. Book First
All cricket bat repairs must be booked and paid for in advance through our Repair Shop.

2. Send Your Bat by Courier

We recommend using a parcel comparison site (e.g. Parcel2Go) to find the best courier rates and drop-off points. Royal Mail and local post offices are also fine.
3. Packaging Tips
To help protect your bat during delivery:
- Wrap securely with bubble wrap, cardboard, or thick padding (e.g. a towel).
- Bat sleeves or cases are fine but will not be returned.
- Clearly include your name and order number inside the package.
