International Shipping

We're pleased to ship many of our products, including custom handmade cricket bats, to customers around the world. Most products listed on our website are available for international delivery. However, some larger or restricted items may not be suitable for shipping outside the UK. If you're unsure whether we can ship a particular item to your country, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

International shipping rates shown at checkout for cricket bats are based on the shipment of one bat per order.

If your order contains multiple bats, or a combination of bats and other items that increases the parcel size or weight, the shipping cost shown at checkout may not reflect the actual courier charge.

In these cases, we'll obtain an updated shipping quote after your order has been placed and contact you prior to starting your order.

If you're happy with the revised shipping cost, we'll simply send a separate invoice for the additional amount. If you'd rather not proceed, you're welcome to amend your order (for example by reducing the number of bats) or cancel it for a full refund before your order is dispatched.

This allows us to keep international shipping costs as competitive as possible for customers ordering a single bat, while ensuring larger orders are charged fairly based on their actual shipping costs.

Customer-Arranged Shipping

If you would prefer to use your own courier or freight forwarding service, we're happy to accommodate this.

Once your order is ready, you may arrange collection from our workshop using your chosen courier. Any courier booking, shipping costs, customs brokerage, import duties, taxes and insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.

We will provide any documentation reasonably required from us as the seller, such as a commercial invoice where necessary.

Import Duties & Customs Charges

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes or customs clearance fees that may be charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in either the product price or the shipping cost.

Customs regulations vary from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and is returned to us, any refund will exclude the original shipping costs and any additional charges incurred as a result of the return.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be provided when your shipping quote is confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and your local courier service.

Returns

All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where a return is approved, the original shipping cost and any costs incurred in returning the parcel to us will be deducted from any refund where applicable.
