  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • All items must be in unused, undamaged condition and returned in original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalised items (e.g., handmade cricket bats) are non-refundable, unless faulty under warranty.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not reimburse original shipping charges.

Bat-related issues may be assessed under our Warranty Terms before action is taken.
