Local customers can safely drop off their cricket bats for repair or refurbishment using our contactless drop-off system.

1. Book First

All repairs and refurbishments must be booked and paid for in advance through our Repair Shop.

The secure drop-off point is located at the front of the property and is accessible 24/7. There’s no need to ring the doorbell or make prior arrangements once your order has been confirmed.

3. How to Drop Off

• Place your cricket bat in a bag or box clearly labelled with your name and order number.
• Leave your bat safely at the designated drop-off point.
• We’ll confirm receipt of your bat by email within one working day.
