Contactless Drop Off Instructions

For those local to Oxfordshire for whom it may be more convenient to drop off rather than sending into us, please utilise our 24/7 drop off service at our old workshop address.

Book your repair through our Repair Shop prior to dropping off with us. If you're unsure which service to order, contact us on WhatsApp with some photographs & we will advise. 

You will see a water tight box in the porch where bats can be left 24/7. This box will be emptied twice a day. Attach your name & order number to your bat, and place your bat in the box. Liaise with Sam on WhatsApp for any help or further guidance. This is a contactless drop off service, please do not knock on the door or ring the bell, in any circumstances. All bats once completed, will be returned via courier.
