Contactless Drop Off Instructions

For cricket bat repair drop off, please utilise our 24/7 drop off service at the following address:

1. Book your repair through our Repair Shop prior to dropping off with us. If you're unsure which service to order, contact us on WhatsApp with some photographs & we will advise. 

2. Place your bat into the box in the porch, where bats can be left 24/7. This box will be emptied twice a day. Attach your name & order number to your bat. Liaise with Sam on WhatsApp for any help or further guidance.

This is a contactless drop off service, please do not knock on the door or ring the bell, in any circumstances. All bats once completed, will be returned via 24H courier at a cost of £9.52.

*Please note that we do not accept responsibility for bats that are placed in the box without a prior order being made*
