Send in / Drop off Information

Please book your Cricket Bat Repair through our Repair Shop, prior to sending in or dropping off with us. If you're unsure which service to order, contact us on WhatsApp with some photographs & we will confirm. Once you have placed your order, you will be able to track the progress of your repair through our Cricket Bat Repair Progress Tracker.

For sending in, we recommend using a parcel comparison website such as Parcel2Go, where you can compare prices & drop off locations. Otherwise, head down to your local post office.

Using bubble wrap or sheets of cardboard to protect your bat in transit is also recommended. Failing that, an old towel or any sort of padding will suffice. Feel free to use bat sleeves or carry cases, however these will not be returned.

Bats can be dropped 7 days a week.

Please attach your name, contact number, & order number to your bat prior to attending our address. Please ring the bell between the hours of 11am - 4pm Monday - Friday, and for times outside of this, place the bat (s) on the parcel shelf in the porch to the right of the front door.

Do not leave your bat in a sleeve or carry case, as these will not be returned.
