Players Grade, 2lbs 9.9oz Low Middle, OX29 Handmade #538

Players Grade English Willow.

8 Grains, clean sapwood.

Low density cleft.

2lbs 9.9 on the scales now, so this will be a shade under 2.12 fully dressed one grip - but feels absolutely nowhere near it.

Beautiful mellow Players Grade ping

Typical OX29 stock Players shape, with a slightly lower swell. Constant edge profile to help offset the lowness of swell, and aid the pickup. Spine is maxed; the edges are slightly lower - watch the video for full explanation.

Standard semi round toe.

Handle is a decent thickness, semi oval shape

Amazing pickup and balance as expected with these low density clefts - the handle thickness really helps the pick up

This is basically a clone of the hat previous 537, however despite it being heavier on the scales I’d say this one picks up lighter.
