Cricket Bat Knocking In Service - Machine / Hand Knocking

Knocking in is absolutely vital to the longevity of your new cricket bat. Without knocking in, your bat is vulnerable to damage, particularly to the toe and edges. Knocking-in compresses the fibres on the face and helps prevent heavy dents and marks that can turn into cracks.

What We Will Do:

• Bone the toe & edges.
• Knock toe & edges (Hand Knocking)
• Knock the toe, edges, & bat face (Machine Knocking, 13,000 knocks)
• Fit a Professional Anti Scuff Sheet.
• Oil exposed willow. 

Your Options:

• Machine Knocking (2-3 working days)
• Hand Knocking (5-10 working days) - For those who prefer traditional hand preparation. 
• Express Machine Knocking (Same day, before 11am) - The bat must be with us by 11am and we will complete the work on the same day. Monday - Friday only.
