Reduce the weight of your bat if it’s too heavy.
Adjust and reshape the edge profile, which not only changes the look and feel of the bat but also removes material, naturally reducing its weight.
Rebalance the bat if it feels bottom-heavy or awkward in hand.
Our most common request is to remove weight from the toe, which improves the pick-up and overall balance without significantly affecting the total weight. However, if you have a specific target weight in mind, we can work to achieve it.
If we believe that removing the amount of wood needed to reach your target weight could negatively affect performance, we’ll let you know and discuss the best options. We can only work with the bat in front of us, so if it’s already at a certain weight or profile, we’ll advise accordingly before making changes.
Add-ons such as toe & shoulder binding may not be carried out, if we feel the bat does not require it, or that it will damage the bat further. In this instance, the cost of add-on will be refunded.
